Garlic Butter Orzo Recipe

  • 1 cup orzo, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Place orzo in a serving bowl and set aside. Melt butter in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat: sauté garlic until golden brown. Remove for heat; add lemon juice, stirring well. Pour over orzo; add parsley and toss. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
