BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package chopped not cut broccoli (20 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package cauliflower (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 15 Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions and drain. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. Cut Velveeta cheese in small cubes and mix with vegetables. melt the oleo and drizzle over all. Crush 15 Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter and sprinkle over top of vegetable. Bake at 350for 35 minutes.
