Sauteed Rainbow Vegetables Recipe

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 3 zucchini, cut into thin strips (small)
  • 3 yellow squash, cut into thin strips (small)
  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/3 cup scallion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
Sauté garlic for 2 minutes. Add carrots, salt, and lemon pepper and sauté for 3 additional minutes. Add remaining ingredients and sauté for 4 more minutes.
