Frozen Cranberry Delight Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained) (15 ounce can)
  • 1 cream cheese (soft) (8 ounce )
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 package Cool Whip (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup coconut (optional)
  • 1 cup Sugar
Directions
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar till well blended. Add cranberry sauce and pineapple. Fold in cool whip, nuts, and coconut. Freeze in 9 x 13 dish.
