English Pea Salad 8 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cans Peas, drained well
  • 3 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise (add more if desired)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 1 package cubed Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup pre-cooked Ham, cubed
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Paprika
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except bacon and paprika. Use your own judgment about adding additional mayo or dressing. Place in serving bowl, top with crumbled bacon and paprika. Serve at room temperature or chill overnight.
