Autumn Fruit Salad 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 cups cubed, unpeeled apples
  • 2 cups halved red seedless grapes
  • 1 cup diced Celery
  • 1 cup walnut halves
Directions
In a saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Stir in water. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Cool to room temperature. In a large bowl, combine apples, grapes, celery and walnuts. Add the dressings and toss gently. Refrigerate until serving. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
