Ingredients
2 packages strawberry gelatin (3 ounce pkgs)
3 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
2 packages softened cream cheese (3 ounce pkgs)
1 package Cool Whip, thawed (8 ounce pkg)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup cottage cheese
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Cool Whip to cream cheese mixture and blend. Fold mixture into the gelatin mixture. Add the pecans, celery, and cottage cheese. Pour into casserole dish and refrigerate until set. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
