Crunchy Sesame Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 packages ramen noodles, crushed
  • 1 package sliced almonds (small pkg)
  • 1 cup sesame sticks
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • DRESSING:
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 packets ramen seasoning
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions
1. Combine all dressing ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate.

2. Clean and chop cabbage and green onions. Add to large bowl.

3. Over low heat, melt butter in skillet. Toast ramen noodles, almonds and sesame sticks until golden brown.

4. 30 minute before serving, mix greens and dressing. Add toasted crunchy stuff just prior to serving.
