Chinese Chicken Salad 8 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken breast, cooked and cut into small pieces
  • 1 package coleslaw mix
  • 1 package chicken flavored Ramen noodles, uncooked
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons rice vinegar, or more to taste
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In a large salad bowl, combine the ramen seasoning packet, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Slowly add the oil, whisking constantly. Add the chicken and cabbage and toss. It is better to allow the salad to "marinate" for an hour or two, but it is also good if eaten right away. Crush the uncooked ramen noodles and add to salad prior to serving.
