Lefsa 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 stick margerine (Flieshmans original)
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 4 cups Betty Crocker Potatoe Buds
Directions
Bring first four ingredients to a boil. Pour boiling mixture over potato buds, stir, and refrigerate over night. Next morning add 3 c. flour (Robin Hood). Form into balls the size you would like for your lefse. Roll thin and bake on grill.
