Mock Champagne Punch 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 bottles white grape juice, chilled (24 ounce bottles)
  • 2 bottles ginger ale, chilled (33.8 ounce bottles)
  • Ice Ring
  • Ginger Ale
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Mint leaves
Directions
Pour white grape juice into punch bowl. Gradually add ginger ale. Place ice ring into punch bowl.

To make ice ring: I just use a fluted bundt pan. Pour ginger ale into mold or pan about 1/2 way up. Let ginger ale freeze until almost frozen; add maraschino cherries and mint leaves; let freeze; then finish filling with ginger ale and freeze until completely frozen.

I use this a lot for showers. It is very refreshing and easy to make.
