SALSA 115 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 quarts Tomatoes, peeled, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups Bell Peppers
  • 2 cups onions
  • 1/3 cup Garlic
  • 1/2 cup mild Jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar, white
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 24 ounces tomato sauce
  • 12 ounces tomato paste
Directions
Dice all vegetables. In large pot bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 45 minutes.Fill hot sterilized pint jars and seal.
