SNACK MIX Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 package oyster crackers
  • 1 package small pretzel sticks
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
Directions
In a 9 x 13 pan, combine the oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and dill weed. Mix well. Add the oyster crackers and pretzels. Stir to coat. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Stir. Bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and with a slotted spoon transfer mixture to a wax paper lined jelly roll pan. Let cool and then store in an air tight container. Some of the seasoning will stay on the wax paper.
