Holey Egg Toast Recipe

Ingredients
  • Bread
  • butter
  • eggs
Directions
Cut a 2" hole in a piece of bread. Place in buttered hot skillet. Crack one egg and place in the middle of the bread, add salt and pepper. Butter the top side of the bread. When the first side is nice and brown, flip and brown the other side. Butter and brown the piece taken out of the bread also. *Note: you may use a cookie cutter for different shapes. You may also scramble the egg and add ham or cheese.
