Ingredients
4 onions
6 cups Chopped Celery
2 Hot Red Peppers Chopped (Small)
4 Sweet Peppers Chopped - Red or Green
24 Firm Ripe Tomatoes Chopped
2 1/2 cups vinegar
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon Broken Cinnamon Sticks
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 teaspoon whole allspice
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
Combine the 1st 8 ingredients in kettle. Tie spices in a bag, and then add to ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer 2 hours stirring occasionally. Remove spice bag. Makes 6-7 pints
