Stuffed Shells 23 Recipe

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce, divided (16 ounce jars)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 package jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained (12 ounce pkg)
Brown ground beef with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; drain. Stir in 1/2 jar spaghetti and 1/2 cup cheese into meat mixture; spoon into shells and set aside. Pour 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce into the bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan. Add shells. Pour remaining jar of spaghetti sauce over shells; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
