Bulgogi (From South Korea) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
Slice the steak in bacon-thin pieces, across the grain. Place in bowl with the rest of ingredients. Stir well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 3 hours. Cook the meat and marinade in a wok or skillet until the sauce becomes clear and shiny (caramelized). Sere with rice and stir-fried vegetables. Serves 4.
