| | Directions | | Slice the steak in bacon-thin pieces, across the grain. Place in bowl with the rest of ingredients. Stir well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 3 hours. Cook the meat and marinade in a wok or skillet until the sauce becomes clear and shiny (caramelized). Sere with rice and stir-fried vegetables. Serves 4. |
