• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 CHICKEN BREAST HALVES,skinned, boned, and cut into Strips
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 GREEN (or red) BELL PEPPER, seeded and cut into Strips
  • 1 onion, sliced (medium)
  • 8 flour tortillas
Combine first 5 Ingredients. Add Chicken and Stir to Coat.

Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, overnight is fine. Drain Chicken; reserve Marinade.

Heat Oil in Skillet. Add Chicken and cook 2-3 minutes,stirring.

Add Marinade, Peppers and Onion. Saut until Vegetables are crisp-tender.

Divide Mixture evenly among the warmed Tortillas, wrap and Serve Immediately.

Can be Garnished with chopped tomato,lettuce, green onion, guacamole, grated cheese,sour cream or picante sauce. However, these are terrific just plain!
