A homemade fajita marinade that will have everyone's taste buds asking for more. The chicken is moist and tender and surround that with onions and peppers wrapped in a flour tortilla, you'll say "Ole!"

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh is best)
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • salsa (optional)
  • sour cream (optional)
  • shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate chicken strips for at least 2 hours.

Saute onions and peppers in oil until lightly browned; remove from pan.

Saute meat in marinade, about 10 minutes, until no longer pink.

Toss in the vegetables and reheat. Spoon into flour tortillas with toppings of your choice.
