Ricotta & Spinach Stuffed Shells Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (16 ounce jar)
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained) (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 box jumbo shells (9 ounce box)
Directions
Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain.

Pour half of sauce into 8x10 baking dish. Combine spinach, ricotta, 3/4 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and egg. Mix well. Fill each shell with mixture and place in dish. Top with remaining sauce, cover, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella before serving.
