Ingredients
2 dozen dollar-size buns
24 slices cheese - Provolone or Swiss
1 1/2 pounds Deli ham
Sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 cup butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Directions
Stack: bun bottom, 1/2 cheese slice, ham, 1/2 cheese slice, bun top. You will need 2-9x13 pans. Arrange 12 buns in each pan. Melt together the sauce ingredients and spoon over the sandwiches. Refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 325° for 25 minutes. Bake uncovered at 325° for 5 minutes.
