Chicken Rice Pilaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box rice pilaf
  • 2 chicken thighs with legs or a breast
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 10 carrots, sliced (small)
  • 1 jar mushrooms, if desired
Directions
Boil chicken in water 30 minutes or until tender. Take chicken off bone. Cut into small pieces. Cook rice pilaf on stove as directed on box. After adding water, add chicken, celery, carrots and mushrooms to cook with rice.
