Onion Baked Pork Chops 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 envelope Liptons golden onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 egg well beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. In small bowl combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chops in beaten egg then roll in bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet and cook uncovered for 20 mins or until done.
