Grilled Shrimp 3 Recipe

  • 2 bags frozen raw shrimp
  • 2 limes, cut inch half
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
Marinate for a full day in the refrigerator before grilling. Put shrimp in a bowl and squeeze limes over the shrimp and leave rind with the shrimp. Add garlic, olive oil and mix well. Toss to coat often during the day.

A grilling basket works well for this dish. Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat. Pour all ingredients into grilling basket and cook for about 20 minutes. Stir often to cook evenly. Remove from grill when shrimp are orange color.
