  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

Place chicken breasts in a greased 9x13" pan.

In a small saucepan, heat together the cranberry sauce, catalina dressing and dry onion soup mix.

Pour over chicken breasts; cover and bake 350° for 50-60 minutes.

A crazy combination of catalina dressing, cranberry sauce and onion soup mix. But this mixture makes the chicken moist with a delicious sauce over wild rice. Be sure to use whole berry cranberries so your sauce will be thicker.
