A kitchen utensil that is used as a serving dish for olives, pickled garlic and other similar small round foods. This serving piece is long, slender and indented to hold olives lined in a row for ease of serving, ease of removal by hand or ease of use with small forks. Most often, the olive boats are available in stainless steel, porcelain, glass, and wood.
