Microwave Oven

A small electrical oven that uses microwaves to produce heat in food. Foods cook in less time than a conventional oven so traditional recipes must have cooking times adjusted. A microwave saves time and energy. Ovens are available in countertop and space saver models. The space saver model generally includes an exhaust fan on the bottom and is installed above the stove to also act as the range hood.
