"This is a great way to enjoy some of your tomatoes throughout the whole year. We dried a big batch at the end of the season and we loved them. I put some in the freezer to keep for this winter too. I suppose you could throw them in soups and other dishes but we like them just as a snack. Even my teenagers like them to nibble on."
