I am not sure why it was calling for 2 tablespoons of garlic salt because as you indicated that was too much garlic salt for this recipe. I have edited the ingredients in this recipe as well as made some changes to the instructions. I hope you will find the recipe more of a success the next time you make it with the new direction. It truly is a simple and tasty way to prepare broccoli. I hope you will give it a try again and thank you for bringing these issues to our attention."

"Oh dear! As a beginning cook I followed the recipe exactly - what a mistake! I learned do NOT put 2 TABLESPOONS of garlic salt over the broccoli! Maybe 1 teaspoon at the most. It cooked up mushy in 25 minutes so next time I will only cook it for 10 minutes. I didn't know you could bake broccoli in the oven so I'm glad I learned a new way to prepare it - but please just use a pinch of garlic salt!"
