"Oh dear! As a beginning cook I followed the recipe exactly - what a mistake! I learned do NOT put 2 TABLESPOONS of garlic salt over the broccoli! Maybe 1 teaspoon at the most. It cooked up mushy in 25 minutes so next time I will only cook it for 10 minutes. I didn't know you could bake broccoli in the oven so I'm glad I learned a new way to prepare it - but please just use a pinch of garlic salt!"
