BLT Sandwich

Comment: I like my BLT a bit different... Use multi grain Texas toast, ranch dressing, beefsteak tomatoes (thin sliced) Crisp fresh bacon and a fresh crisp iceberg lettuce leaf. To make it a bit different; I make it a "B.E.L.T." it the mornings. B bacon, E eggs, L lettuce, T tomato. From the bottom up... Bottom slice of Multi-Grain Texas Toast has the medium hard cooked eggs (grilled slowly in bacon grease or butter, Yokes cooked till semi solid, not dry, not runny), topped with crisp bacon, then a thin slice of Beefsteak Tomato, and then a fresh crisp lettuce leaf, top slice of Multi-Grain Texas Toast is lightly coated with ranch dressing. Served immediately.
