Whipping Cream

Comment: lots of great info, however, I thought that whipped cream was ONLY supposed to be in a glass or metal bowl, no mention of this is made. that in plastic, even touching plastic wrap may cause separation of the cream to have watery liquid due to the fat molecules bonding with the plastics... Is there any truth to this?
