"Oh my gosh! I didn't know there were so many things you could do with sweet potatoes. I love sweet potatoes so I am glad I found these sweet potato recipes. They all look so good. I think I had the Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecan Topping last Thanksgiving at my sister's. The recipe sounds like the same one and it was scrumptious. The pecan topping was excellent. All of these sweet potato recipes look so good but I have always wanted to try making sweet potato fries so I think I will start with that one."
