Pan Fried Potatoes 3 Recipe

  • potatoes
  • onions
  • Wesson oil
  • cheddar cheese, shredded
Scrub potatoes, rinse, and dry. Heat 2-3 T. oil in skillet on low. Slice potatoes as thick or thin as you like. Add potatoes and cut-up onions and cook until able to cut. Salt and pepper to taste. When the potatoes are done, put a layer of potatoes/onions in a casserole dish topped with shredded cheese. Repeat layers as many times as you like, ending with cheese. Put in a preheated 350 oven and cook until cheese melts.
