Pastry for Single Crust Pie 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 2 tablespoons Cold Water
Directions
Sift together flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Sprinkle with cold water. Gather dough together and press firmly into a ball. Roll out into circle 1" larger than pie plate.
