Ingredients
2 tubes refrigerator biscuits
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup margarine
sugar
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Directions
Cut biscuits into quarters. In a plastic bag, combine 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Drop biscuit pieces, a few at a time, into the bag and shake to coat. Layer pieces evenly in a well-greased loaf pan or bundt pan.
In a small saucepan, melt margarine and 1 tsp cinnamon. Add enough sugar to mixture in plastic bag to equal one cut and put this in the saucepan with the margarine & cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes. Spoon over biscuits in pan. Add nuts. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes. Invert to serving platter, and cool completely.
