WHOLE WHEAT BREAD MACHINE BREAD Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable lecithin
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 1/2 cups wheat berries, ground into flour
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
Directions
Add ingredients into bread machine in order listed above. Set bread machine for time & setting to give medium crust for whole wheat bread.

Note: If you time your machine to mix and bake later, do not allow salt and yeast to touch as the ingredients rest in the machine before baking.
