HEALTHY AND TASTY SALAD/DIP Recipe

Ingredients
  • SALAD:
  • 2 avocados, peeled and chopped
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained (16 ounce can)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon pepper and salt
Directions
Mix salad ingredients together. Mix dressing in separate bowl and pour over salad. Chill 30 minutes before serving. Can serve as a salad or serve with tortilla chips as a dip.
