Hot Beef Sandwiches 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 beef roast (large)
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can consommé soup
  • Buns
Directions
Bake roast at 250° until very tender (about 7 or 8 hours). Break in small pieces. Add soups and let simmer for 20 minutes. Good made a day ahead. Serve on hamburger buns or mashed potatoes.
