Cuban Style Frijoles Negros y Arroz (Black Beans and Rice) Recipe

Ingredients
1 can Goya Black beans
1 or 2 packets of sazon sin annatto (without anatoo)
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup finely diced onions
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil or canola oil
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Heat Oil in frying pan on medium- high heat. Add garlic, black pepper and onions to hot oil. Saut for about 5 minutes. Pour can of beans into sauce pan. Fill can half-full with water and add to beans. Add oil, black pepper, garlic and onions to beans. Bring beans to a boil, then add tablespoon of vinegar. Reduce heat and cover for 15 min. Pour over white rice for an awesome side dish.
