Slow Cooker Pot Roast 2 Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds chuck roast, trimmed
6 white or yellow potatoes, cubed
6 carrots, cut into thick pennies
4 stocks celery, chopped
1 yellow onion, quartered (large)
1 can chopped tomatoes (8 ounce can)
1 can beer or 8 ounce beef stock
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/8 cup worcestershire sauce
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
Directions
Put meat into bottom of slow cooker. Top with potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, beer, sauces, tomatoes and mushrooms. Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
