Slow Cooker Pot Roast 2 Recipe

  • 2 pounds chuck roast, trimmed
  • 6 white or yellow potatoes, cubed
  • 6 carrots, cut into thick pennies
  • 4 stocks celery, chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, quartered (large)
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes (8 ounce can)
  • 1 can beer or 8 ounce beef stock
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/8 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
Put meat into bottom of slow cooker. Top with potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, beer, sauces, tomatoes and mushrooms. Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
