Chicken Alfredo 2 Recipe

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound cubed chicken, cooked
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 pound frozen peas (or fresh broccoli or asparagus)
Cook Pasta according to package. Steam peas or stir-fry broccoli or asparagus to desired done-ness. While these are cooking, in another pan, melt butter. Cut cream cheese in cubes and add to butter, whisk. Add remaining ingredients, stir until mixed. Take off burner, set aside to thicken for a minute then pour over pasta and vegetable. Toss and serve.
