BROCCOLI BEEF WELLINGTON Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 ounces crescent rolls
Directions
Cook and drain ground beef. Steam broccoli and chop into smaller pieces. Combine ground beef, broccoli, cheese, onion and sour cream. Take 2 triangles and pinch together forming a rectangle, place a scoop of beef & broccoli mixture toward one end, fold over other end and pinch together forming a square. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
