Salmon Loaf / Salmon Patties Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can salmon, remove back bone, skin (large can)
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup crushed soda crackers, saltines
Directions
FOR LOAF: Mix all ingredients together and for the loaf - put in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

FOR PATTIES: Mix all ingredients together and shape into patties. Fry in greased fry pan until lightly browned.
