Chocolate Delights 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Crisco oil
  • 4 square unsweetened chocolate, melted (4 ounce)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup 10 x sugar to roll cookie in
Directions
Chill dough several hours before baking. Heat oven to 350°. Take 1 tsp. dough, lightly round, dip in sugar immediately, place in ungreased cookie sheet, bake 8-10 minutes. Lift with spatula and leave on cookie sheet few minutes.
