Cake That Doesn't Last Long Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain) (8 ounce can)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups diced up ripe bananas
Directions
Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and add the other ingredients. Stir to blend (do not beat). Pour into a 9" greased and floured pan. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour 20 minutes. Try it, you will like it.
