Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 3 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 cucumbers , chopped
  • 1 small red onion , diced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • In medium bowl, lemon juice, vinegar and seasonings. Whisk in olive oil.
  • Add olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and feta. Toss and serve.
