Low Fat Ice Cream Pie (diabetic) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts "sugar-buster" chocolate ice cream
  • 1 package DRY sugar-free pudding mix, vanilla (large pkg)
  • 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
Directions
Slightly soften ice cream and place in a large mixing bowl. Gradually stir in dry pudding mix and pour into crust. Drizzle with syrup and freeze overnight. Servings: 10 Calories: 129 Carb. 16gm Fat: 5gm
