Ingredients
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken parts
  • 1 package McCormick® Season 'n Fry Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 1/4 cup milk or water

1. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet on medium heat to 365°F.

2. Rinse and pat dry chicken. Pour Seasoning Mix in large resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken into milk, shaking off excess liquid. Add a few pieces at a time to mix in bag; shake to coat evenly.

3. Fry 20 minutes or until well browned, turning chicken every 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
